Terms & Policies
Confirmation of orders - After placing your order you will get a confirmation email within a few minutes. Check your "junk or spam" mail folder if you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email. If problem exists, email us and we'll get you set up.
Shipping - All products are shipped in U.S. via USPS (United States Postal Service, 5-10 days service) add $6.95 per order for shipping & handling. We ship to all US states, PO Boxes APO, AFO boxes and to most international countries.
Delivery times - If there are credit card/billing problems, we are not responsible for shipping delays that are as a result of this issue or any order changes made after the order has been placed. Our inventory is in stock and if your order is received Monday through Friday and your credit card approved; we will ship within 1-2 business days after all is confirmed. Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery with-in the USA and 10 to 15 days for International delivery.
Adjustment Period & Recommendations - As with other anti-Anti snoring devices, SnoreHead normally takes 5 to 10 days to adjust to the product. If users do experience any continued discomfort after this period, then try to remold (up to 3 times by using same steps noted on the detailed Instruction Sheet enclosed with your shipment) and position the lower jaw slightly further back than previously molded. This may reduce the pressure on the upper jaw and teeth. If problem still occurs or you do not wish to remold, then simply stop using the product immediately and if necessary only, seek medical advice from a doctor or dentist at your own expense.

SnoreHead.com does not recommend wearing this or any device for people with bridgework, loose teeth, overbite or jaw misalignment as they can put undue stress on these particular areas which may result in damage to these areas. Please see your dentist. Also, this product is made from Silicon rubber and those people who are normally allergic to these compounds should not use this product.

Refund - If SnoreHead does not dramatically reduce your snoring at night, we will refund your money (excluding shipping). You must email us for an RA Number (Return Authorization) to complete the refund within 30 days of purchase. Once the returned product is received (including RA number noted on or in package) we will refund back through your method of purchase.
